1. What we do

fenlixodes.com helps you plan a festival trip by coordinating requests for transport, accommodation, tickets/schedules (where applicable), and related logistics. We may forward your request to suppliers or partners and assist with arranging selected options.

We do not guarantee availability, pricing, or instant booking for any specific item, route, date, or quantity unless explicitly confirmed in writing.

2. Request and coordination; no guaranteed inventory

When you submit a trip request, you authorize us to process your request for the purpose of coordination. Supplier availability can change. Some confirmations may require additional information from you.

Unless otherwise agreed, our role is limited to coordination and facilitation. Final contracts, schedules, and terms may depend on third-party providers (transport, accommodation, venues).

3. Service limitations

• We cannot ensure that every requested option will be available.
• We do not control third-party policies, delays, cancellations, or operational changes.
• We do not provide legal/visa advice and you are responsible for meeting all entry, travel, and documentation requirements applicable to your trip.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information. You are responsible for the accuracy of details you provide for coordination purposes. You must not use the service to infringe rights or to attempt unauthorized access to systems.

5. Consumer information and contract details (Ukraine)

If your interaction results in arranging travel services as an e-commerce exchange in Ukraine, consumer-contract information and identification details will be provided in the state language (Ukrainian) for relevant e-commerce communications, in accordance with Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce", On Electronic Commerce | on September 3, 2015 № 675-VIII.

We aim to provide consumers with reliable, accessible information about the service/conditions and the provider sufficient for an informed decision, in accordance with Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection".

6. Personal data and cookies

If we use cookies or similar technologies that process personal data (such as identifiers for analytics/marketing), we process them only with an appropriate lawful basis under Ukrainian personal data rules, and our consent mechanism matches the applicable basis requirements, in accordance with On Protection of Personal Data | on June 1, 2010 № 2297-VI.

7. Complaints and consumer redress

To submit a demand/complaint, contact us using the details below. We consider consumer complaints in line with Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection".

8. Liability disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fenlixodes.com is not responsible for losses caused by third-party providers, force majeure events, changes in schedules, or conditions beyond our control.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under mandatory Ukrainian law.

9. Submissions and how we handle your request

If you submit a request (e.g., contact/lead form), it is used to coordinate your trip planning. We process information necessary to respond to your request and to arrange communications related to your coordination.

If a contact form is used on the site, it may redirect to a thank-you page after submission. The final submission endpoint and redirect are controlled by the site owner/assembler.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
